Our Maintenance

As a value add to our Owners, we offer a unique personalized service for both ‘handyman’ type jobs through to bulk purchase maintenance jobs.  Our handyman will perform the basic jobs for you, no call out fee, just a simple hourly rate plus supplies.  He will also be another set of eyes on the inside of your property keeping an eye on things.  he can even spot issues that may crop up in the future and take steps to prevent.

These include but are not limited to:

• Building Maintenance
• Internal Property Maintenance
• General Plumbing Maintenance
• Water blasting / pressure cleaning
• Gutter cleaning.
• Painting (internal and external)
• Landscaping and general garden maintenance
