Apply for a Property.

Being a tenant can be a daunting experience especially in a high rental demand area.

We utterly understand the frustrations that come from house hunting and try our absolute best to assist you in the process. We keep the process as simple as possible for everyone.

1. Search for the area and property you want.
2. Download the application form: I Will send you an application form separately
3. Emailnanaksairealty@gmail.com or call 0402412222  to request a viewing if it is not listed with an inspection time
4.  Submit the application via email.

To speed things up please include.

• Personal and professional references
• 100 points of identification:

50pt each Driver’s license, passport, 18+ card, birth certificate
25pt each Bank / credit card, phone / electricity account statement

• Employment details or proof of income

5. Once submitted, your application will be sent forward to owners for review and approvals…
6.  If you are approved by owners, you will be offered a lease agreement to sign through DocuSign.
7.  Upon signing you will need to provide Bond and 2 weeks rent to secure the property.
